The Morris Baby Announcement at Frances Slocum State Park

Allie + Justin Morris are great friends of mine. I know them through my fiance, Luke. Luke and Justin met three years ago as work friends and quickly became best friends. Luke was even a groomsmen in Allie + Justin’s wedding last July. My friend Diane Kivler photographed it!

They are an adorable couple. High school sweethearts, driven in their careers, and totally in love with each other. Finding out they were pregnant just shy of their one year wedding anniversary was amazing and I was doubly honored to shoot their Baby Announcement photos.

For the baby announcement session, we met up on a hot Saturday morning at Frances Slocum State Park in Dallas, PA. Honestly, this is a great spot to take photos- it is always an option I throw out to my couples. But seriously, it was hot- by 10 AM, it was almost 80 degrees out so we found good shade pockets and got our shots in.
