An Emotional Fall Wedding at The Barn at Glistening Pond

When the opening chords, to “House of my Soul” by Langhorne Slim came over Vinsko Entertainment’s speakers for Andrew and Virginia’s first dance- it confirmed I was in good company. I mean, I already knew I was. Virginia and Andrew are a couple who are bursting at the seams with love for each other and you can tell where they learned it from, their own families!

In the cozy loft at the Barn at Glistening Pond, the girls got ready for the big day. Beirut played over the speakers, Wegman’s platters sat on the table, and dresses hung in the corner ready for steaming.

Virginia was bubbled with excitement, but kept a graciously chill demeanor. Meanwhile, Andrew and the guys were plotting silliness for the First Touch.

Moments before, Andrew’s best friend was “Andrew”- needless to say, Virginia did not fall for it… lol

The ceremony space at the Barn at Glistening Pond is gorgeous and christened with this beautiful chandelier. Below the guests were treated with fresh daisies by the flower girls..

Between the live music, the thoughtful pauses, and the outpouring of love- I can tell you there was not a dry eye in the place- including my own.
